Ordered this unit from the website and received it within 2 days. Great shipping and response time. However, this device had a multitude of issues: - drains batteries quickly - underpowered motor - unit could not complete 'stroke' cycle when cock near fully inserted - not easy to clean, unit is not watertight, and nubbed sleeve is not removable for washing - with normal use (well lubricated, new batteries, and simple minimal movement inserting cock into unit), I was only able to use this unit 6 times before the latex lips had started to tear, and the gearing for the unit gave out. While I would order from this site again, I would warn users that this product lasted less than a month with light use, is underpowered to begin with, and cheap non cleanable device that broke all too quickly.
