The suction portion works very well, but the cup that goes over the lips needs to be much deeper (and just a little longer). This device was made for Women with ^Petite Pussies^. Just as it begins to grab ahold of the Lips for suction, the lips quickly fill the cup preventing further suction. A deeper cup would have been GREAT! May work better for women with smaller lips or more sensitive lips. As for the vibration portion.....worthless.
