Not as stated. Stated that it vibrates-it doesn't. States that it ^squirms^ at suction cup base. It doesn't. It ^squirms^ slightly, but not as expected. The controller is not the one pictured. Also the suction base is cheap and doesn't hold well. Wouldn't have purchased if I had known all of this. **Package did come quickly and very discretly as described.
